Thank you for viewing “3I/ATLAS”, the mini-movie.
NO A.I. was involved in the creation of the 3I/ATLAS “alien landscapes”.
Each illustration in this animation was painted in Photoshop by a real human in 2021, using traditional concept art techniques.
Originally thought to illustrate a science fiction book inspired by Rendezvous With Rama and the Oumuamua event, it has now become this animation inspired by the current 3I/ATLAS enigma and the work of Harvard astrophysicist Dr Avi Loeb around its mysterious anomalies.
An A.I. process was ONLY used to animate the fly-by virtual cameras, creating each “take” from individual illustrations that explore the inside of each picture.
All images were animated with “OpenArt.ai” and rendered with the “Kling 2.1” rendering engine.
All sequences were directed by the author.
A real human controlled the “camera” direction (Zoom, Pan, Tilt), the lighting, additional special FX, and the final editing, which combined more than 40 individual takes.
No A.I. was used to edit this movie either.
This “3I/Atlas” movie was illustrated in “Photoshop”, animated in “OpenArtt.ai” and edited using “HitFilm Express” by Luis Peres, professional illustrator.

Thank you. :)
Ps: before you ask... The reason my video is in 720P and not 1080P or 4K is that it was the only way I could afford the subscription to use the “Kling 2.1” rendering engine. Each image we animate eats up a lot of credits, and there´s a limit I can use per month, so, as I had never done anything like this before, I just couldn´t afford to burn a lot of money on the experiment.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the mini-movie.
Ps2: You can view all the original concept art paintings I created in Photoshop on my Artstation Gallery here. ;)
